Okay, here it goes!  Welcome to my first post.  I hope I can meet the expectations that I have for this blog.

What are my expectations?  Well, for starters, I would like to make this blog a place where I can go to be among the crafty people in the world whilst being in my jammies.  I don't know about you, but the most I look forward to everyday is coming home, taking off the work clothes, getting into my jammies and snuggling on the couch with my family.  If only someone would come up with national pajama month, where you can go to work everyday in your jammies with your favorite throw pillow and blanket.  Would any work get done?  Probably not, but I can guarantee that we would all be well rested!

Let's get back on track, shall we?  I would like to take the time to inform you all that I am not a journalist, nor a typist.  I really have no idea what I am doing within this blog, I just know what I want to do.  Hopefully, someday, I will get the hang of all this and be able to post at least once a week for quite a while.  What beautiful friendships I could make...that thought doesn't seem too far away.

I look forward to posting my scrap-crafty ideas and hints and tips.  I do hope that they are not repeats, but if they are, there are always newcomers coming into this wonderful type of crafting.
